Located in the heart of the cool central highlands city of Dalat, the Dalat Palace golf course is Vietnam’s most significant and was apparently first conceived in the 1920s by the acclaimed design team of Colt and Alison. The original layout has changed greatly over the years, most significantly in 1994 when IMG Golf Course Design Services redesigned all 18 holes. The course now measures in excess of 7,000 yards and is said to have the only bentgrass greens in all of Vietnam, courtesy of its elevated location and cooler climate.

A short half hour flight from Ho Chi Minh City, Dalat is affectionately known in Vietnam as ‘Petit Paris’. The Dalat Palace golf course makes full use of its mountainous setting and cooler climate with breathtaking views of famous Xuan Huong Lake nestled amongst French inspired architecture.
