An old Donald Ross course that has been hurt badly be technology and tree growth, but whose great appeal lies in the fact that little has been done to its bare bones. The ground is wildly undulating in places, and the greens although much smaller than Ross probably intended, retain their venom thanks to some nasty tilts and slopes.

With some sensible clearing and restoration, and a complete ignoring of the elite long hitter, this place could be terrific.
