Built in steep terrain outside of Seoul, Pine Creek was designed by a local golfer Mr Lim who had to move a lot of earth to create semi-level holes and decent corridors for golf.

Pine Creek is a nice enough experience; Lim slightly misses the point design-wise with an overuse of waterfalls, fountains and rockeries on the Creek 9, but the less extravagant Pine 9 is much better.

Despite a general lack of shaping sophistication and some rather extreme elevation change, this is a pleasant setting for golf and a club that most Korean visitors will enjoy.
