One of the Cape’s most under-rated courses in respect of its varied challenge, with magnificent greens that are among the best in the region in terms of year-round consistency. Has loops of eight and 10 holes. It is similar in looks to its neighbour Mowbray, separated by the width of the N2 highway, with trees lining the fairways. Rondebosch, 100 years old in 2011, has some terrific long par 4s, and the 17th is one of the fiercest par 5s in the country.
