Golf Digest South Africa says -
The first estate course in Gauteng, using parts of the old Fourways layout. The estate is the most developed and successful in the country, although the course itself has become a bit lost within its myriad suburbs.
The Jukskei River passes through the property, and Gary Player made good use of it on several holes, notably at the terrific par-5 17th where you have to cross the river twice, with your drive and approach. Excellent clubhouse atmosphere, and Ed Holding’s pro shop was named the best pro shop in South Africa at the 2012 PGA awards.
