Blair Atholl is a private members club located southwest of Pretoria, with a golf course that opened in 2007. The estate was previously owned by course designer Gary Player, who raised his family on the site for 25 years before turning it into a golf estate with the assistance of a developer.

According to the club web site, the championship course is ideally characterised by the natural elevation combined with the rolling hills and ravines sloping down to the Crocodile River.

Player has apparently admitted that this course is closest to his heart. We hope to have a full Planet Golf review soon.
