Durness Golf Course was founded in 1988 following many years of planning and hard work by local enthusiasts.

‘In 2013 Durness Golf Course celebrated 25 years in existence.  The Club has come a long way in a short space of time and  hopes to continue to grow and flourish well into the future.

We already have the setting ! This is the closing hole which has been made famous by Peter Alliss when in 1996 he played it and featured it in his TV program  " Travels with Alliss". Spectacular to say the least. Its a Par 3 but not always the easiest !

Each of the 9 holes on the course offer different views and different challenges and with a different set of tees for holes 10 to 18 the views stay the same but the challenges change slightly giving a real 18 hole feel.
