Tramore Golf Club is located in Co. Waterford and is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland. The members at Tramore Golf Club voted in 2006 to work with internationally renowned golf course designer Jeff Howes to remodel the existing course, while preserving it’s integrity and to also create a new nine holes of similar quality. The result is a fantastic blend of “the Old and the New”. Tramore now boasts 27 holes with sand based greens constructed to USPGA standard.
The Old-Course has established itself as one of the premier parkland courses in Ireland. It has hosted the Irish Close Championship, multiple professional tournaments and major club competitions over the years. The course streches across 6,700 yards and it can be challenging for golfers of all levels, characterised by its gently undulating greens - your putting game will be tested throughout the round.
