Designed by Nicklaus Design, and the first Jack Nicklaus golf course in Denmark, Great Northern opened for play in mid 2017 as a high-end pay-for-play facility with excellent amenities and 5-star accommodation. The founders of the club have ambitious plans for hosting elite professional events, and are expected to maintain the golf holes in pristine condition. Elevated areas of the course have views of the sea, while other sections feature wetlands and man-made lakes.
