“Built in two pieces, with the back nine coming twenty years after the front [and after our last visit], the Links course is bigger and bolder than its older sibling, with wide fairways and several greens that are double the size of any on the original eighteen. The newest nine might be the most interesting of the lot, with big open sandy wastes between several pairs of holes; hopefully the housing at the perimeter won’t spoilt it.”
