Situated on the sand belt at West Lakes, the West Lakes Golf Club provides a quality 18 hole golf course with excellent greens and is playable in all weather conditions.

With excellent clubhouse and catering facilities together with keen and helpful clubhouse and pro shop staff, the West Lakes Golf Club offers a unique golfing experienced to be enjoyed by both members and visitors.

The West Lakes Golf Club, formerly the Riverside Golf Club (1951 – 2011), has undergone significant changes over the past few years including a name change, clubhouse renovations and course improvements.

Riverside Golf Club emanated from the Woodville Gardens Golf Club which commenced in 1934 but was forced from its location due to the post war building boom in the late 1940’s.  Riverside itself was not born until 1951 when the present site was turned from wasteland to the beginnings of the course we know today.

Many changes and improvements have been made over the years with the most recent redesign of the course completed in early 2011, resulting in a tight and challenging Par 70 layout of 5632 metres.
