One-time host of the Australian PGA Championship, Rosebud Country Club has two courses adjacent the road that takes golfers to the more high-profile offerings of the Mornington Peninsula. The South and North here both present excellent couch grass fairways and bent greens year-round, and have enough subtle undulation for interesting golf.
A composite of its best holes tweaked with some quality greens and more strategic bunkering would elevate the place significantly. As it stands this is one of the friendlier clubs on the Peninsula, and a great membership option for many.
