Kingston Links was once regarded as one of metropolitan Melbourne’s finest public golf courses, offering a unique golfing experience just 25 minutes from the heart of Melbourne via the Monash Freeway and metres from Eastlink. Built in the 1990s, golfers enjoyed a 6178 metre par 72 championship layout designed by Tony Cashmore and featuring multiple water hazards, undulating couch fairways, bent grass greens and a variety of holes nestled at the base of the Dandenong Ranges.
Sadly the Kingston Links golf course closed in mid-2018, as part of a proposal to convert the property into a residential development.
