Formerly with Nicklaus Design, Phil Smith teamed up with Tom Weiskopf shortly after Weiskopf’s partnership with Jay Morrish ended. The pair have worked on a number of projects, including the Desert Course at Cabo del Sol. Smith and Weiskopf make a good team, and with only a handful of projects on the go at any one time, this is one ‘signature’ firm that can be relied upon to at least pour their passions into a course project.
